- Goods sold can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- When exchanging any item, the original invoice or gift voucher must be returned.
- The goods to be replaced must be unopened, unused and in their original condition, taking into account the preservation of the original packaging of the goods.
- Goods shall be replaced with purchase vouchers valid for a period of one hundred and eighty days from the date of exchange.
- Goods purchased during sales or promotional periods will be exchanged for the same discounted price or promotional offer, with the original purchase invoice required.
- The monetary value of the goods shall not be returned except in cases of workmanship defects or the goods’ violation of specifications and standards. Or the offer price is different from the price on the invoice.
Saudi Arabia - Riyadh customers: The parts to be replaced must be brought to the Roomours store.
Customers of other regions: Roomours are contacted to coordinate the exchange or return process, with the cost of freight borne by the customer.
In all cases shipping charges will not be refundable.
